My relationship with music started with the Beatles.
When my father first brought home their record in post-socialist Bulgaria, I immediately fell in love with the world of music. I became determined to learn everything I could about the theory of music. As a teenager, I fell in love with the eclectic sound of electronic music. I became an enthusiast of different underground house and techno producers, as well as rock and soul artists and bands.
My passion led me to co-found Eilo.org, a streaming service platform for electronic music radio stations, which went on to achieve considerable success across Europe.
Throughout my thirteen years with Eilo.org, I helped emerging artists establish themselves and forged fruitful relationships with a network of professionals. I worked on many social media campaigns, organised music events, and produced radio shows while gaining a deep respect for artists’ creative processes.
My love and knowledge of the music business evolved into a passion for helping artists achieve recognition and success. Determined to take my passion for music even further, I gained qualifications in event management, PR and social media from the Fitzwilliam Institute. I also have a degree in Music Industry Management from the esteemed London College of Creative Media in London.
Now, as the founder of Organic Management, I am dedicated to helping artists navigate the ever-changing landscape of the music business. I am here to provide guidance, advice, and support so that you can focus on what you do best – making music!
